Overview
2fawcett are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their successful International Supply Chain company on a full time, permanent basis. As an integral team member, this post offers a high level of responsibility and ownership of the process of managing the company’s sales orders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and load new sales orders into MS Navision Dynamics ERP
  • Check prices, delivery addresses, delivery times, etc
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure the sales orders are dispatched in full and on time and in accordance with customer instructions
  • ensuring the sales order process is followed through to completion
  • Track inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently
  • Manage back orders and liaise closely with the Procurement team.
  • Prepare picking documentation and delivery paperwork (pick note, dispatch note, ship labels, pallet labels, invoice etc.)
  • Book in deliveries with goods in departments
  • Organise transport
  • Keep customers up to date with shipments/unavailable stock items
  • Provide fulfilment reports to in house teams

Requirements of the Supply Chain Administrator

  • Must be able to demonstrate a mimimum of 6 months sales order processing experience
  • Ideally within a wholesale B2B capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise workload
