Overview

2fawcett are recruiting for a Senior Team Manager to join a business in Nottingham on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This will possibly be extended. Our client is looking to appoint a temporary senior team manager to assist existing colleagues in our Accommodation Services as we develop the service further and to cover a vacancy. There will be a particular focus on implementing and embedding new service policy frameworks.

As Senior Team Manager you will be an experienced in MARAC, you will effectively manage a high-quality team and support staff to work across risk levels with women, offering risk assessed, strength based, and needs led support. You will ensure compliance with contracts, funding agreements and national sector quality standards and develop strong communication between your team and senior management.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Team Manager
* To ensure your team provide high quality, appropriate and effective services
* To implement and develop the service in line with the service specification, service standards and contract/funding agreements.
* Develop an excellent staff team who cooperate and support each other in providing a high-quality service:
* Play an active role in the Management Team, providing clear and regular reports and contributing to the overall development of the charity.
* To maintain oversight of the statistical data and information to contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of services
* To attend internal and external meetings and provide reports as required.
* Undertake any additional duties as agreed with the line manager to ensure the efficient operation of the charity

Requirements of Senior Team Manager

* A thorough knowledge of MARAC is essential
* Experience of successfully managing a team within a DVA setting.
* Experience of working in crisis situations, managing safeguarding cases and complex cases.
* A good understanding of project management, quality assurance and contract compliance issues, processes, and systems
* A good understanding of trauma informed service delivery
* A relevant qualification (e.g. social work, management, group work training, IDVA, CAADA); Management training or a willingness and ability to attend this training is essential.
