2Fawcett are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to work for a leading business based in Salford.

You will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional service to all our customers, acting as a point of contact for existing clients. The role requires a proactive approach and excellent personal interaction to support the wider team.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator

  • Raising invoices, alongside inputting a large volume of data
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices and accounts
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Assist with credit control activities in particular customer query resolution internally where required.
  • Liaising with engineers obtaining timesheet data
  • General Administration duties

Requirements of the Accounts Administrator

  • Experience in a finance environment would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience using Sage 50 is advantageous
