The role: Sales Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Full-time, permanent
Salary: £23,000-£25,000

2fawcett are recruiting for a sales administrator to join our client based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Account management, building and growing existing and new relationships
  • Acting as point of contact for key accounts and managing any queries
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Generate sales reports
  • Respond to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
