Using Opera, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, ensuring financial symphony hits all the right notes. With a desk that’s your stage and invoices as your props, you’ll be the star of the show in no time!

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk

Processing of invoices, matching to purchase orders and dealing with supplier queries
Ensuring invoices are fully authorised and correctly coded.
Supplier statement reconciliations
Production of payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid to terms.
Month end ledger reconciliations
Group credit card and expenses processing
Daily Cash Books
