2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to management a production team for an industry leading specialist manufacturing company on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the Process and Production departments. With a health and safety focus you will lead and guide a Team of 8 to 10.

Key duties and responsibilities:
To manage and plan work load and output to optimise labour across the Manufacturing functions
To maintain product quality and stock levels
Communicate effectively with senior management of purchasing, sales and warehouse departments to ensure stock levels are met and proactively prevent stock issues
To set a positive example of conduct, attitude, behaviour, adherence to Health and safety management and ensure all regulations are met

Requirements of the Supervisor:
Previous experience in a busy or fast-paced production / manufacturing environment
Experience in operating production planning software (Ideally access orchestrate)
Previous experience of Supervising a team
The ability to set targets and manage performance to achieve these results
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A professional attitude based around development and improvement
