Role: HGV Class 2 Driver
Salary: Hourly Paid 11.95 Per hour + Overtime Paid at a premium rate (x1.5)

Overview

Are you an experienced HGV Driver tired of overnight stop outs and working Unsociable shifts? Looking for more sociable working hours and that work life balance? 2fawcett are recruiting for an established client a HGV Class 2 Driver on a full time permanent basis. The HGV Driver will be based out of Sheffield Driving a 28 Tonne Flat Bed Truck. Delivering Locally Materials on approximately 16 Tonnes on Multi Drop Routes.

Role & Responsibilities of the HGV Driver

• Monday – Thursday 7am – 3pm
• Friday 7am – 1pm
• Driving a Flatbed Truck
• Multi Drop Delivery
• Liaise Internally with Transport and Route Planners
• Safely Deliver Building Materials
• Maintain Industry Leading Standards of Health and Safety
• Check Goods off with Customers and Obtain Signature and Print

Requirements of the HGV Driver

• Full UK Driving License Essential
• HGV Class 2 License Essential
• A valid Drivers CPC Card
• Digi Tachograph
• Previous Experience Completing Multi- Drop Deliveries Desired
• FLT/overhead crane would be ideal – but not necessary
