As a Project Finance Administrator at our client’s family run contracting business in Oadby, your main responsibilities involve ensuring accurate reporting by working closely with administration and project managers. This is a fast-paced role which will keep you very busy!

Responsibilities of the Project Finance Administrator

  • Prepare monthly project status reports, focusing on target margin analysis.
  • Prepare project costings
  • Update Project Summary applications & variations
  • Have the confidence to question and challenge spending and budgets by project managers when necessary.
  • Organise budget monthly meetings.
  • Generate finance reports
  • Credit Control
  • Maintain credit control documentation.

Your role is vital in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth communication between different departments within the company.

Requirements of the Project Finance Administrator:

  • AAT qualifications preferred but not essential
  • Experience working within a contractors business is preferred
