Role: Credit Controller
Salary: Up to £25,000 (full time equivalent)
Location: Doncaster
Type: Full Time and Part Time available. Permanent.

2fawcett are working with a legal firm located in Doncaster and are in search of a candidate who’s motivated and determined to excel in managing their firm’s credit control activities and supporting their Accounts Department. Reporting to the Accounts Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in reshaping how their finance department functions as their business expands in the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of chasing and payment promises using our case management systems
  • Taking a proactive approach to meet collection targets by collecting outstanding fees.
  • Assisting with the workload and supporting of other team members in the Accounts Team as needed
  • When necessary, ensuring timely escalation of issues by working with the Litigation Department

Requirements of the Credit Controller:

  • Credit control experience
  • Working with legal finance is desirable
  • Able to work independently
