The role: Area Sales Manager
Location: Field based – Midlands and south of England
Salary: £45,000 + company car


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review


  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Commercial vehicle parts experience
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the midlands and south of england
