Job Description:

2fawcett Recruitment is supporting a leading UK appliance installation business in the recruitment of Trainee White Goods Appliance Installers.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a long-term career in a skilled trade. Full training is provided, with clear progression into a fully qualified installer role.

 

The Role:

You will work alongside experienced installation teams learning how to install, test, and commission a range of domestic appliances including ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, fridge freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, and more.

This is a field-based role involving nationwide travel, working across both construction sites and occupied properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation and commissioning of domestic appliances.
  • Support loading, positioning, and preparation of appliances on site.
  • Learn safe electrical, water, and waste connections (where applicable).
  • Maintain clean, safe, and professional working areas.
  • Follow health & safety procedures and site requirements.
  • Deliver a professional customer service experience on site.

About You:

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred (or working towards obtaining one).
  • Previous experience in construction, labouring, or trade work is beneficial but not essential.
