2Fawcett Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Tooling Engineer to join a busy manufacturing business. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to candidates with experience in tool setting, toolmaking, machine maintenance or production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Tool changes and production line changeovers
• Machine maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Repairing and servicing production tooling
• Working from engineering drawings
• Supporting production to minimise downtime
• Using manual tool room machinery where required

We’re Looking For

• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Background in tool setting, toolmaking, maintenance or production machinery
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours

• Day shifts: 8:00am–4:00pm
• Or rotating shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm (depending on the role)
