We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing and ambitious business.

This role would suit someone with previous recruitment experience who enjoys speaking with candidates, developing talent pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for a variety of vacancies across the renewable energy sector
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships and talent pools
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement and onboarding
  • Conducting telephone screening interviews and candidate qualification calls
  • Arranging and conducting virtual and face-to-face candidate meetings
  • Carrying out reference checks and qualification verification
  • Managing candidate records and ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
  • Monitoring contractor start and end dates and maintaining workforce availability
  • Supporting new starters throughout their onboarding journey and checking in regularly following placement
  • Attending recruitment and networking events when required
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand future workforce requirements
  • Working towards individual recruitment targets and performance objectives
