Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Lead (ERP Implementation)
Location: Leeds (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain or Purchasing professional to take a leading role in supporting and embedding our Epicor Prophet 21 system across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience who has been involved in ERP implementation and wants to bridge the gap between systems and day-to-day supply chain activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between Supply Chain/Purchasing teams and the ERP system
• Support the ongoing implementation, optimisation, and adoption of Epicor Prophet 21
• Drive improvements across inventory management, purchasing processes, and stock control
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the system reflects operational needs
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity
• Liaise with external consultants and Epicor support when required
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement system-led improvements
• Support and train users across the business to maximise ERP utilisation
• Develop reports to support forecasting, purchasing decisions, and stock planning

Experience & Skills Required

• Background in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management
• Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21)
• Involvement in an ERP implementation project (key requirement)
• Strong understanding of stock control, procurement, and supply chain workflows
• Comfortable working with data (e.g., data migration, Excel, reporting)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable

• Experience coordinating with external ERP consultants or vendors
• Exposure to wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing environments

Working Arrangement

• Full-time, office-based role in Leeds (5 days per week)
