About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. You’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently by working closely with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, organisation and working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers, transport and internal depots to ensure on-time deliveries
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor stock levels and support demand forecasting
• Resolve supply issues quickly to avoid disruption
• Analyse supply chain data and identify improvement opportunities
• Support cost control and efficiency initiatives
• Assist with sustainable supply chain practices

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or purchasing (preferred)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident working with suppliers and data
• Proactive problem-solver with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT systems and Excel
• Able to work well under pressure
• Full UK Driving Licence required
