Hours: 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-15:30 on a Friday
Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Location: Oldham

2Fawcett Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing construction business for a Social Value & Business Development Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced professional or a Graduate with a background in Social Value.

The role offers a varied and rewarding mix of Social Value coordination, stakeholder engagement, tender support, marketing and business development responsibilities. You will work closely with senior leaders, project teams and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful community initiatives whilst supporting the growth of the business.

The Role

As a Social Value and Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s Social Value commitments across projects whilst helping to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Social Value activities across multiple construction projects.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, charities and community organisations
• Organise work experience placements, apprenticeship programmes and training initiatives
• Monitor and report on Social Value commitments and KPI performance.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions, framework applications and quality responses.
• Maintain records, evidence trackers and reporting documentation
• Attend client, networking and community engagement events
• Attend client, networking and community engagement events.
• Assist with business development activities and identifying future opportunities
• Support social media, website updates, marketing campaigns and company communications
