Senior Quantity Surveyor – Rail

Manchester – hybrid

Salary – up to £75k + car & enhanced package

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, responsibility and authority for the administration and overseeing of all contracts assigned

• Management of Quantity Surveyors.
• Contract Reviews for all new tenders and quotations.
• Contract reviews prior to project implementation, with operational staff.
• Liaison with clients regarding commercial aspects of contracts.
• Ensure valuations and certifications are issued each period by the Quantity Surveyors.
• Ensure Cost Value Reports are produced for each project.
• Preparation of monthly commercial reports to the Commercial Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working for a contractor within the Rail sector.
