Job Description:

2fawcett Recruitment is supporting a growing security services business in the search for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join their expanding engineering team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of electronic security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. The role also includes small installation works, system commissioning, and occasional site surveys.

You’ll be customer-facing, managing your own workload, responding to reactive call-outs, and supporting planned maintenance across key client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain electronic security systems.
• Respond to reactive faults and service calls.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Install and commission small works projects.
• Manage stock levels in your van.
• Participate in an on-call rota.
• Support site surveys and technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain strong customer communication and service standards.
