Hours: 8.30am – 5pm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Executive / Junior Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing customers. This is a warm sales role, focused on repeat business, account maintenance, and reactivating previous customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and lapsed customers to generate repeat orders
• Manage a portfolio of low-value accounts and maintain regular contact
• Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
• Provide quotes, pricing, and product information
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
• Update CRM and internal systems accurately
• Work closely with customer service and operations teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous sales, telesales, or account management experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach
• Comfortable making outbound calls to existing customers
• Organised, motivated, and target driven
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
