Role: Sales Administrator
Type: Full Time – 36 hours per week (work-life balance rota)
Salary: £26,500 – £27,500 (DOE)

2Fawcett are working with a client based in Sheffield who are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new opportunity within a growing business.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process orders ensuring accuracy of data input
  • Accurately process Delivery Notes / Invoices
  • Liaise with van drivers / couriers regarding deliveries / pick up’s as and when necessary
  • Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email
  • Liaise with shop floor engineers / operatives to ensure a high service level to customers
  • Liaise with sales representatives to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Ensure customer information is kept up to date in relevant documents / files
  • Ensure current information is communicated to relevant personnel within the company (eg pre-pricing list, repair replacement list, van run list etc) for the warehouse co-ordinator
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers
  • Process repair / replacements ensuring customers are contacted in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customers regarding telescopes, air tools, diamond knifes and any other items requiring additional work ensuring authorisation is obtained before work is carried out
  • Ensure works orders are closed/deleted on completion of work been carried out
  • Accurately match order numbers to invoices
  • Ensure competent use of customer portals where necessary
  • Process non conformances in line with company procedures
  • Prepare reports for customers/management as required
  • Ensure filing is kept up to date
  • Understands the importance of and actively reports Post Market Surveillance
