Sales Administrator

£32,000 per annum DOE
The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers and internal departments, ensuring orders, schedules, and communications are managed efficiently and professionally.
Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking orders against quotations and schedules
- Coordinating with operational teams, suppliers, and logistics departments
- Monitoring stock availability and resolving issues proactively
- Booking and coordinating work schedules
- Maintaining accurate customer and project records
- Preparing credits and supporting general administration
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, coordination, or office administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Confidence working within a busy office environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
