The Role

As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers and internal departments, ensuring orders, schedules, and communications are managed efficiently and professionally.

Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Checking orders against quotations and schedules
  • Coordinating with operational teams, suppliers, and logistics departments
  • Monitoring stock availability and resolving issues proactively
  • Booking and coordinating work schedules
  • Maintaining accurate customer and project records
  • Preparing credits and supporting general administration
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within sales administration, customer service, coordination, or office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Confidence working within a busy office environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
