Confidential Opportunity – Sales Administrator

An established and growing organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support its wholesale accounts and commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation and supporting sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing order processing, confirmations and stock checks
  • Maintaining accurate product information, artwork and retailer portals
  • Collating product documentation including specifications and compliance certificates
  • Supporting sales promotions, offers and clearance quotations
  • Monitoring sales performance, stock levels and assisting with forecasting
  • Coordinating pricing updates and promotional agreements
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Supporting range reviews, new product launches and sample coordination
  • Assisting with marketing activity including LinkedIn posts and internal campaigns
  • Preparing retailer onboarding documentation and new line forms
  • Supporting key meetings, trade shows and wholesale updates
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative and commercial support tasks

About You:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel essential)
  • Comfortable working with data, reports and spreadsheets
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
  • A proactive team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset
