Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum
Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract, On-Site, Monday-Friday
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm

2fawcett Recruitment are recruiting for a highly organised and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client based in Ilkeston.
Responsibilities
- Processing high volume of invoices and identify invoices
- Preparing supplier statement reconciliation
- Maintain accurate suppler ledgers
- Liaising with internal operational departments and external suppliers on query resolution
- Undertaking general office administration supporting the wider accounts team
- To effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Assisting with closing the ledger at month end
What We’re looking for
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desirable
- Computer literate with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Available to work on-site Monday–Friday
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
- AAT Level 1 or 2 (Desirable)
