2fawcett is seeking a talented Production Planner to join our clients growing Supply Chain team. As a Production Planner, working for an industry leading manufacturing business, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products through efficient production planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining all documentation related to planning processes
Supporting the continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes
Working with data from Sales Orders and BOMs to facilitate effective production scheduling
Reviewing and acting on MRP recommendations to release Production Orders for timely delivery
Collaborating with Production teams to schedule and plan capacity
Managing daily order workflows and ensuring timely shipping and invoicing
Liaising with Sales to communicate any stock or delivery issues

About the candidate:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production planner (preferably in manufacturing)
A strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and Excel
A tenacious, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
