The role
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join a small, busy office and provide essential day-to-day support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, gets things done and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- General filing and records management (paper and electronic)
- Preparing documents, formatting reports and drafting correspondence
- Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Booking meetings and co-ordinating diaries
- Maintaining simple spreadsheets and databases
- Ordering office supplies and managing basic stock levels
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team and leadership
About you
- Previous admin experience in a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Clear communicator, professional manner on the phone and in person
- Able to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative
