A well-established business based in Long Eaton are seeking a part-time office administrator. The role
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join a small, busy office and provide essential day-to-day support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, gets things done and takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • General filing and records management (paper and electronic)
  • Preparing documents, formatting reports and drafting correspondence
  • Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Booking meetings and co-ordinating diaries
  • Maintaining simple spreadsheets and databases
  • Ordering office supplies and managing basic stock levels
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the team and leadership

About you

  • Previous admin experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Clear communicator, professional manner on the phone and in person
  • Able to prioritise workload and work on your own initiative
