Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Coordinator to provide support across a broad range of operational and business support activities.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting shipping and export operations, customer service activities, inventory management, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This is a broad and varied position offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing team. We are looking for someone with a well-rounded skillset who can provide flexible support across operations, administration, inventory coordination, and marketing liaison activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate shipping activities, including export documentation and logistics administration.
- Support customer service functions, responding to enquiries and assisting with order and delivery updates.
- Work closely alongside the assembly team to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Assist with inventory control processes and stock management activities.
- Provide general operational and administrative support across the business.
- Contribute flexibly across different departments and areas as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in export/shipping administration and export documentation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in inventory or stock management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Confident coordinating with external suppliers or consultants.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems.
