Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per year

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy and fast-paced business.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, keeping operations running smoothly, and providing excellent administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily office operations and administration.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings for staff.
- Managing company vehicle records, servicing schedules, and logistics.
- Supporting senior management with diary management, meetings, and general administration.
- Coordinating employee training bookings and maintaining training records.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and tracking office-related costs.
- Maintaining company records and document control systems.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers.
- Supporting compliance, health & safety, and office procedures.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to office systems and processes.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Experienced in office management, administration, or operations support.
- A strong communicator with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience coordinating travel, accommodation, or fleet logistics.
- Financial administration experience including invoices and purchase orders.
- Experience working in construction, engineering, or another fast-paced operational environment.
