Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 p.a. + Overtime & Excellent Benefits

Hours: Availability for Days, Noon’s, Nights

Location: Chesterfield

Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure all work complies with H&S and industry standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support capital projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Preferably an Engineering, Welding or Machining Background
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across different shifts (Days, Noons, Nights)
