General Job Description:
Fulfilling a broad range of marketing communication activities to support building the brand and all sales channels. Responsible for the creation of strategic marketing campaigns serving all channels and managing third party suppliers such as creative agencies and print houses.
Also responsible for internal sales and commercial communication and working alongside key accounts with regards to building and delivering joint marketing activity. Fulfilling a range of digital marketing activities in support of all e-comm & digital channels. Responsible for website maintenance, analytics, media advertising campaigns and SEO.
Main Duties of the Post:
Website / PIM / DAM
- Ensure the optimization of the website
- Maintenance of product information on the product website and within
- Lead the website improvement project
- Management of databases from websites and integration with the CRM
Marketing Campaigns & Advertising
- Supporting the implementation of media campaigns across e-commerce, retail and publishers
- Manage social media content, paid posts – content and content creation, scheduling, KPIs
- Work with the commercial teams to manage Google ads/PPC – writing ad descriptions, landing pages etc
Content Marketing
- Curate photography needs for the business for new products and the refresh of existing assets, mange the process from end to end (studio liaison, logistics, artistic input, quality control)
- Work with the customer base to ensure appropriate content and assets are developed, deployed and utilised
- Email marketing content creation for consumer database
- Blog creation maximising keyword/trend research
- Manage email marketing automation
NPI
- Work with the product team to ensure efficient launch of newness, ensuring all master data is clean and integrates with relevant customer websites
- Using all relevant management tools ensure first class product information and descriptions are prepared and ready
- Develop and deliver all necessary assets to be deployed across multiple sales channels
Analytics
- Establish and regularly report on KPIs for all campaigns and activity including promotions, website, social media and digital media
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Preferably degree educated or equivalent
- At least three year’s experience in a similar role
- A marketing qualification such as CIM, DMI would be an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrable experience in curating photography shoots and managing photography studios is desirable
- Experience of using website CMS
- Experience of Product Information Management Systems and Digital Asset Management Systems
- Experience of SEO optimisation and web performance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to use data to inform results and maximise campaign performance
- Demonstrable ability to write compelling copy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Accountabilities:
- One direct report (works in matrix with e-commerce team, pricing & promotions team and sales)
- Managing the associated budget
