Salary: Up to £33,000 p.a. + Performance Bonus & Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of detailed cost estimates for client projects
• Analyse blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements
• Support the preparation of tender submissions and client proposals
• Track project costs and provide updates on budget adherence
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing
• Ensure all estimations align with client expectations and internal standards
• Attend site visits and client meetings as required

Requirements:

• MUST either have a degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field OR relevant estimation experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimation software (or willing to learn)
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team
