Role: HSQE Administrator
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Ilkeston
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused HSQE Administrator to support the HSQE leadership team with essential compliance and safety administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HSQE systems, dashboards and records
- Support monthly ESG data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate inductions for new starters and keep HSQE notices, documentation and office safety information up to date.
- Assist with audits by collating evidence, updating trackers and maintaining organised files.
- Support incident investigations with statements, photos and document uploads.
- Manage purchase orders and training/certification records.
- Oversee basic facilities and office administration, including statutory inspections and routine checks.
Essential:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Able to meet tight and changing deadlines.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions.
- Trustworthy, adaptable and a team player.
- Experience using databases.
- Working towards a Health & Safety qualification (NVQ or equivalent).
