Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience

Location: Matlock, Derbyshire

2fawcett are currently recruiting a HR and Health & Safety Officer to join their client based in Matlock on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role & responsibilities:

• Providing HR support for Head of People & Culture
• HR for over 200 employees
• Dealing with absence management and disciplinary meetings
• Providing support to managers on day to day HR issues
• Supporting with record keeping, filing and general administrative duties
• H&S responsibility – processes, record keeping, actions to rectify issues

Requirements:

• CIPD membership preferred
• 5+ years experience preferred
• NE Bosch certification preferred but training can be provided
