Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and senior stakeholders to deliver key projects on time and within budget.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Work on a variety of projects, including automation, process improvements, and new equipment installations.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate technical requirements.
- Produce technical documentation, CAD drawings, and reports to support project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management methodologies.
- Passion for problem-solving and innovation with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
- Any experience with automation, manufacturing, or logistics environments is advantageous but not essential.
