Overview:

You will gain exposure to real-world engineering challenges, developing your expertise in design, project engineering, and management while working on cutting-edge automation and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and senior stakeholders to deliver key projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including automation, process improvements, and new equipment installations.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support engineering decisions and drive continuous improvements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate technical requirements.
  • Produce technical documentation, CAD drawings, and reports to support project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management methodologies.
  • Passion for problem-solving and innovation with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
  • Any experience with automation, manufacturing, or logistics environments is advantageous but not essential.
