Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)

Our client, a well‑established organisation based in Hucknall, is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally start promptly to ensure a smooth, comprehensive handover period.

 

About the Role:

This is a full-time, office-based position within a supportive finance team. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations and ensuring the continued efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day finance operations.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial activities.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Providing general support to the finance function as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounts role.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Confident with accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • A proactive, reliable team player.
  • Previous experience using Xero software.
