We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a busy and growing team based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who is looking to build or develop a long-term career in finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting accounts payable and purchase ledger activities.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries.
  • Assisting with payments and general finance administration.
  • Supporting month-end processes.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Maintaining organised documentation and records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administration role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of finance processes (advantageous).
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
