A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administration Assistant to join our client based in Melbourne, Derbyshire. This is a varied role focusing on purchase ledger and assisting with other finance and administration tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices.
- Matching purchase orders (POs).
- Handling supplier queries.
- Performing statement reconciliations.
- Supporting ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger / finance role.
- Good understanding of purchase ledger processes.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Start Date: March 2026
