Type: Part-Time, Temporary (6 months), Office Based

Hours: 15-20 hours per week across Monday to Friday (flexible with choosing your hours)

Work Location: In person

 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administration Assistant to join our client based in Melbourne, Derbyshire. This is a varied role focusing on purchase ledger and assisting with other finance and administration tasks as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Matching purchase orders (POs).
  • Handling supplier queries.
  • Performing statement reconciliations.
  • Supporting ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger / finance role.
  • Good understanding of purchase ledger processes.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

 

Start Date: March 2026

Contract Length: 6 months
