Field Sales Representative
Salary: £38,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE) + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000+ in year one)
Location: UK, Scotland or Ireland territories available

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing foodservice business that’s investing heavily in its sales team. If you enjoy building relationships, winning new business, and managing your own territory, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and ambitious company.

This is a fully field-based role where you’ll spend your time meeting customers face-to-face, developing new accounts, and growing existing business across your region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across foodservice, hospitality, wholesale, and distribution sectors
• Building and developing strong relationships with existing customers
• Managing your own territory, sales pipeline, and diary
• Conducting regular customer visits and prospect meetings
• Delivering sales presentations and negotiating commercial agreements
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Attending industry events and trade shows when required
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and fulfilment.

About You:

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional who can demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
• Experience within foodservice, FMCG, wholesale, or a related sector (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Confidence working independently in a field-based environment
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel extensively within your territory.
