OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped commission)

The Role:
2fawcett is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing foodservice supplier for a Field Sales Representative to cover the London & South East.
You’ll be responsible for winning new business, growing existing accounts, and managing a defined territory within the foodservice, hospitality, and wholesale sectors.
This is a field-based role offering strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business through proactive prospecting and field activity.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively.
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience (foodservice / FMCG / wholesale preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Confident, professional, and relationship-driven.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
