Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped commission)

The Role:

2fawcett is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing foodservice supplier for a Field Sales Representative to cover the London & South East.

You’ll be responsible for winning new business, growing existing accounts, and managing a defined territory within the foodservice, hospitality, and wholesale sectors.

This is a field-based role offering strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business through proactive prospecting and field activity.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Plan and manage your territory effectively.
  • Deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

 

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience (foodservice / FMCG / wholesale preferred).
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Confident, professional, and relationship-driven.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
