Field Sales Executive – M4 corridor/South of England
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + commission paid monthly (Company van provided)

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join a specialist tools and equipment company. The role involves managing and growing client relationships across the M4/South of England, driving sales, and representing the company professionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Negotiate deals and meet organisational sales targets.
- Travel to client sites using the company van, ensuring timely attendance.
- Deliver tailored presentations demonstrating product/service value.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements / About You:
- Full UK driving licence and minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
- Experience in masonry or memorial trade would be desirable.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation,
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
