Field Sales Executive – M4 corridor/South of England
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + commission paid monthly (Company van provided)

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join a specialist tools and equipment company. The role involves managing and growing client relationships across the M4/South of England, driving sales, and representing the company professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate deals and meet organisational sales targets.
  • Travel to client sites using the company van, ensuring timely attendance.
  • Deliver tailored presentations demonstrating product/service value.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements / About You:

  • Full UK driving licence and minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
  • Experience in masonry or memorial trade would be desirable.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation,
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
