Role: Façade Installation Assistant

Salary: £25,000
This is a hands-on installation role supporting the Installation Supervisor and wider operational team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring façade access and fall protection systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The role involves site-based work, coordination with internal teams and client representatives, and completing essential project documentation to keep installations on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out timely installation of façade access and fall protection equipment in line with specifications, drawings, and agreed programme.
- Follow and implement the Company’s Health & Safety Policy during all site activities and travel to and from site.
- Liaise with the Installation Supervisor, commercial team, and technical team to support efficient project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with client site representatives throughout installation works.
- Complete and return all required site paperwork accurately and on time.
- Monitor site progress and promptly advise the Installation Supervisor of any commercial implications arising from delays, design changes, or additional works.
- Prepare regular status reports as required by the line manager.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks requested by the Installation Supervisor or authorised personnel.
You’ll bring:
- CSCS qualification permitting building site access and demonstrating safety awareness.
- Strong working knowledge and experience of fall protection and/or façade access systems, supported by relevant training.
