Location: Based at our unit in Mansfield, with travel to customer sites nationwide

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: 39 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE, reviewed based on performance)

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder with experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. While knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus, it is not essential training can be provided for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills further in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld components using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Interpret and work from technical and engineering drawings
• Carry out tasks independently and as part of a team
• Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Travel to various sites as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fabrication and welding
• General understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics (training available if needed)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work using your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and time management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
