2fawcett Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing client in the search for an experienced Fabrication Manager. This is a hands-on role leading a fabrication team, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently met.

• Lead and support a team of fabrication operatives
• Remain hands-on with complex/high-priority fabrication work
• Drive production output and manage workflow
• Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime
• Maintain strong health & safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical/CAD drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
