The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Export & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational, logistics, and export activities of the business.

This is a varied and fast-paced role focused on international shipping, customer coordination, stock control, logistics, and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining compliance with export regulations, and supporting both customers and internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing export processes and preparing export documentation.
  • Coordinating domestic and international shipping activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements.
  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders.
  • Handling customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch.
  • Coordinating logistics and delivery schedules.
  • Booking in goods and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Supporting stock control and inventory management activities.
  • Providing B2B customer support and order updates.
  • Supporting operational and supply chain activities across the business.
  • Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Collaborating with Brand Managers and internal departments.
  • Creating and coordinating monthly customer offers.
  • Supporting yard and warehouse operations where required.
  • Maintaining accurate operational and compliance records.
  • Assisting with website updates and product information administration.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within exports, logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience preparing export documentation and coordinating shipments.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience working with stock control or inventory systems.
  • Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and international shipping procedures.
  • Experience supporting trade shows or customer events.
  • Understanding of operational or warehouse processes.
