Role: Customer Support Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Burton upon Trent

Hybrid after training

We are recruiting a Customer Support Administrator to join a busy office-based team within a well-established business in Burton upon Trent on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role is suited to someone with experience in customer service or office administration, supporting customers with queries, processing requests, and keeping systems up to date.

Key duties

  • Handling customer queries by phone and email
  • Processing orders and updating internal systems
  • Logging and resolving queries accurately
  • Supporting account and payment-related queries
  • General administrative support to the team

About you

  • Previous customer service or administration experience
  • Confident using systems and spreadsheets
  • Good attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional communication style
  • Reliable and organised

What’s on offer

  • Salary equivalent £24,282 per annum (paid hourly during temp period)
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Hybrid working after training
  • Monday–Thursday 9:00–5:30 | Friday 9:00–3:00
  • 30 days holiday (pro-rata)
