Role: Customer Support Administrator (Temp to Perm)

We are recruiting a Customer Support Administrator to join a busy office-based team within a well-established business in Burton upon Trent on a temp-to-perm basis.
This role is suited to someone with experience in customer service or office administration, supporting customers with queries, processing requests, and keeping systems up to date.
Key duties
- Handling customer queries by phone and email
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Logging and resolving queries accurately
- Supporting account and payment-related queries
- General administrative support to the team
About you
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Confident using systems and spreadsheets
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Reliable and organised

- Salary equivalent £24,282 per annum (paid hourly during temp period)

- Monday–Thursday 9:00–5:30 | Friday 9:00–3:00
