2fawcett are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and growing organisation within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a role that has a meaningful impact.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a responsive, accurate and compassionate service to customers, including patients, carers and healthcare professionals across the UK.
This role offers a hybrid working model, with a combination of office-based work in Nottingham and home working.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email and online channels
- Accurately process customer orders using internal systems
- Manage enquiries efficiently, resolving issues at first point of contact where possible
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond within agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the full order lifecycle, including invoicing, returns and query resolution
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Handle complaints professionally, ensuring they are investigated and resolved
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and field-based teams
- Follow all processes in line with company and industry standards
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using multiple systems simultaneously (CRM experience desirable)
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
