About the Role:
Due to continued growth and an exciting business merger, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy and supportive team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, administration, and online marketplace support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries.
- Processing customer orders and updating internal systems accurately.
- Supporting customers with product, delivery, and order queries.
- Managing customer records, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Supporting the sales team with customer follow-ups and administration.
- Managing enquiries through online marketplaces including Amazon and eBay.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating where required.
- Monitoring online customer reviews and feedback.
- Support the wider sales team with customer follow-ups and account administration.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers where required.
- Assist with upselling and promoting additional products and services.
- Liaising with warehouse and fulfilment teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- General office and administrative support duties.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within customer service, administration, or sales support.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems or online marketplaces would be advantageous.
