About the Role:

Due to continued growth and an exciting business merger, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy and supportive team.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support, administration, and online marketplace support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries.
  • Processing customer orders and updating internal systems accurately.
  • Supporting customers with product, delivery, and order queries.
  • Managing customer records, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer follow-ups and administration.
  • Managing enquiries through online marketplaces including Amazon and eBay.
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating where required.
  • Monitoring online customer reviews and feedback.
  • Support the wider sales team with customer follow-ups and account administration.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers where required.
  • Assist with upselling and promoting additional products and services.
  • Liaising with warehouse and fulfilment teams regarding orders and deliveries.
  • General office and administrative support duties.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within customer service, administration, or sales support.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Professional telephone manner and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM systems or online marketplaces would be advantageous.
