A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys managing client accounts, coordinating orders and building strong working relationships across multiple departments.
The Role:
Working as the key contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing accounts internally from order placement through to delivery, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Duties will include:
- Managing customer accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Processing orders, call-offs and confirmations.
- Handling customer enquiries, delivery updates and invoice queries.
- Managing stock levels, forecasts and aged stock.
- Coordinating with planning, production, technical and sales teams.
- Supporting product launches and artwork approval processes.
- Maintaining CRM systems and customer records.
- Handling complaints through to resolution.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Producing sales and customer data when required.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within customer service, account management, internal sales or order processing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive and positive approach.
- Experience within manufacturing, packaging or a fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous.
