A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys managing client accounts, coordinating orders and building strong working relationships across multiple departments.

 

The Role:

Working as the key contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing accounts internally from order placement through to delivery, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.

 

Duties will include:

  • Managing customer accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Processing orders, call-offs and confirmations.
  • Handling customer enquiries, delivery updates and invoice queries.
  • Managing stock levels, forecasts and aged stock.
  • Coordinating with planning, production, technical and sales teams.
  • Supporting product launches and artwork approval processes.
  • Maintaining CRM systems and customer records.
  • Handling complaints through to resolution.
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Producing sales and customer data when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within customer service, account management, internal sales or order processing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach.
  • Experience within manufacturing, packaging or a fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous.
