We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business within the construction and new build sector. Known for delivering a high level of service and reliability, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Provide a high level of support and problem resolution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process orders and call-offs accurately
- Check orders against quotes to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support scheduling of works and manage diaries
- Assist in resolving stock or delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records, quotes, and schedules
- Process credits and update documentation

- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
