We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business within the construction and new build sector. Known for delivering a high level of service and reliability, this is a great opportunity to join a busy, supportive team where no two days are the same.

This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
  • Provide a high level of support and problem resolution
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Process orders and call-offs accurately
  • Check orders against quotes to ensure accuracy
  • Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Support scheduling of works and manage diaries
  • Assist in resolving stock or delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate records, quotes, and schedules
  • Process credits and update documentation

About You

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
