2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client based in Burton on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Manage and respond to product queries on customer marketplaces
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search visibility
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
