2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client based in Burton on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role & responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
- Manage and respond to product queries on customer marketplaces
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search visibility
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
