Customer Sales Advisor

2fawcett are recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join an established and growing business.

The Role

As the Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners
• Advise customers on suitable parts, products and services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services
• Respond to live chat and online enquiries
• Create invoices, proformas, credit notes and courier labels
• Maintain accurate customer, order and enquiry records
• Liaise with internal technical teams to resolve more complex queries
• Ensure customers receive the correct solution first time
• Deliver a professional and knowledgeable customer experience

The Candidate

We are looking for somebody with:

• Strong product or technical knowledge
• Experience advising customers on appropriate products or solutions
• Confidence communicating technical information clearly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A confident telephone manner
• Good attention to detail and administrative skills
• A proactive approach with the confidence to identify sales opportunities

Previous experience within a telephone-based or customer-facing technical role would be advantageous.
